SHIPPING
You have 14 days from receiving your goods to notify us if you would like to return the goods ordered. You then have 14 days from notifying us to return the goods.
Due to hygiene reasons, all products must be returned in its original/ unopened packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been opened, items must be returned with the seal intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please notify us at jlclairlashes@gmail.com, with our order number included in the email and we will let you know our shipping address and further instructions. Please also include your order number inside the parcel when returning. It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by JLCLAIRBEUATY when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
Items returned to us without first requesting in an email for a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions and Non-refundables
Any FREE or SALE products received along with our BUY 4 GET 1 FREE are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Items brought in our sale are non-refundable.
Orders purchased with a gift card are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
If a product received is faulty or damaged we can of course exchange or refund this for you. You must notify us within 28 days of receipt we can then send a returns label and once the return is received, inspected and deemed faulty we can then either issue a refund or exchange.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Deposits: All deposits for training courses and masterclasses are non-refundable under any circumstances. By purchasing the deposit you accept and agree this is non refundable or transferable to any date.
All booking fees for an in-person service are also non-refundable, however, before 24hours the appointment can be rescheduled to a new date without losing your booking fee.
Can I cancel or amend my order? - As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! Unfortunately, this means we will be unable to make any changes as it’s already being processed. This includes any address changes or wanting to cancel the order. You’ll need to place another order or return any unwanted items.
How long does it take for a response? - We aim to get back to you ASAP although please allow up to 24 hours (weekdays) for a response as sometimes we are very busy! We really appreciate your patience.
